1.Enhancement of sewing quality for post bed sewing machine TPB-1700 series on the basis of sewing.                               The column-shaped sewing base is more suitable for the sewing at last procedure which fully conforms to the three-dimensional effect required by product design.

2.Stable sewing performance.                                                                                                                                                             TPB-1700 applies a new way of feeding equipped with the interactive top- down structure and compound feed hence the excellent climbing performance.    .                                                                                                                                               The sewing machine has a strong force of smooth feeding for thick material .                                                                         The stitch tension is even and neat securing stable sewing.

3. Instant presser foot alternation conversion device:DL device.                                                                                                     A DL switch can instantly exchange the alternation to maximum when feeding thick materials and other materials which are not easy to feed.                                                                                                                                                                   Therefore gorgeous stitching can be presented without any eyelet block.                                                                                 The switch of this DL device can be drive both by hand and knee.

4.L style (thick thread / long stitch length) #0 threads can be sewed stably.                                                                                  The max stitch length is up to 12mm.                                                                                                                                              As the post bed sewing machine applies horizontal feed therefore it can sew in #0 thread.                                                     In order to enhance the force of spin this sewing machine is equipped with a bigger size of handle wheel larger than the standard S style as its standard.                                                                                                                                                   The stitch length of the post bed sewing machine can reach a maximum of about 12mm.
